Personal Retrospectives: Learning from your own experience
November 4, 2016 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
$25Personal Retrospectives are a guided two hour experience to help you process your recent experiences, use those learnings to make small personal “pivots”, and set a course for the month ahead.
Retrospectives came into vogue in the business world as a result of the startup culture boom and tech companies’ emphasis on agile methodologies – but “retrospecting” is simply the act of looking back and has been a vital learning tool in artistic, academic, and therapeutic settings for decades.
Personal Retrospectives build on the structure of an agile retrospective and theories of personal development, and combining elements of theater and play to guide an individual’s future decisions. We take this honed process of reflection and apply it to our own lives.
